Rear Dormer Conversion

An end of terrace property with a 3 bedroom and one bathroom. The property has very low headroom and in other to archive the headroom in the loft, we had to lower the ceiling in the first floor to achieve the headroom of 2.1 meters.

This loft was extremely challenging because the newlywed couple were expecting a baby in 7 weeks and The planning processing took longer to gain approval after several rejections.

The team was on the clock to finish the project before the baby arrived hence they stayed late in the evening and even worked over Christmas to cover lost time.  Alex the client was extremely patient and generous in making lots of tea and biscuits for the team whom in turn waited to finish the project before the baby arrived.  Thankfully baby Chris came a week before we vacated the premises and they stayed in a rented accommodation for a week to allow the paint to dry off.
